Where it makes sense we look at the workflow on site. Half a week to a week is usually enough to find the points that really cost time.

You get an assessment with an order: what first, what later, what not at all — including what we advise against.

One clearly defined first step that works in everyday use. Whether more follows is your decision afterwards.

Maintenance, changes and someone to call when something jams. Including when no project is running.
What we stand for
- The benefit is explained before the technology. If something cannot be justified in one sentence, we do not build it.
- Existing systems are not replaced without a reason.
- Everything is documented so that someone else could continue from it.
- No numeric promises that cannot be recalculated.
We only build what your company actually needs.
The chain from enquiry to filing can be built in full. It rarely has to be. In most firms it jams at two or three points — and that is where we start. What comes after that is your decision, once you can see whether the first step did anything.
Behind it sits, depending on what is needed, a purpose-built application, your existing Microsoft 365 environment, a database, an interface to software you already use — or simply a better-configured tool you are already paying for.
What we do not do
- We do not replace software that works just because we happen to know something else better.
- We do not build anything only we can maintain. The documentation is part of the delivery.
- We do not sell AI where a rule is enough.
- We do not quote a saving we cannot explain.
- We do not take on legal assessment — but we implement what follows from it.
